Cancellation Policy

1. Order Cancellation

As we provide digital products (such as Elementor Pro, Astra Pro Addon, Yoast SEO Pro, Rank Math SEO Pro, etc.), cancellations are only allowed before the license key has been delivered.

• If your order is still being processed and the license key has not been issued, you may request a cancellation by contacting our support team at contact@gangasoftech.in.

• Once the license key has been sent via email, the order cannot be canceled under any circumstances.

2. Refunds for Canceled Orders

• If a cancellation request is approved before delivery, a full refund will be issued to the original payment method within 5-7 business days.

• Orders that have been processed and delivered are not eligible for cancellation or refunds due to the nature of digital goods.

3. Incorrect or Duplicate Orders

• If you accidentally placed a duplicate order, contact us immediately. We will review the case and issue a refund or exchange if applicable.

• If you purchased the wrong product, we may offer an exchange for the correct product if the license has not been activated.
