3. Reselling of WordPress GPL Plugins

Ganga Softech resells WordPress plugins and themes obtained from third party providers under the GNU General Public License, GPL.

Important points:

  • We are not the official developer or author of these plugins or themes.

  • All products are distributed under GPL, which allows legal redistribution.

  • “Lifetime Updates” means updates are provided as long as we receive updated versions from our third party supplier.

  • If the original developer or supplier stops providing updates, we are not responsible for further updates.

  • Many plugins include an auto update feature through the WordPress dashboard, subject to supplier availability and technical compatibility.

  • We do not guarantee access to official developer support, license keys for premium features tied to official accounts, or SaaS based add ons.

4. Product Support

Our support is limited to:

  • Installation guidance

  • Activation assistance

  • Basic troubleshooting related to setup

We do not provide:

  • Custom development

  • Conflict resolution with third party themes or plugins beyond basic checks

  • Official developer level technical support

Support is provided via email, chat, or other official communication channels defined by us.

5. Payment Terms

  • Clients must make payments as per agreed terms before service delivery or product access.

  • Delay in payment may lead to suspension of services.

  • All purchases of digital products, including GPL plugins, are non refundable unless explicitly stated.

6. Intellectual Property

For service based projects:

  • All deliverables remain the property of Ganga Softech until full payment is received.

  • Ownership transfers to the client after complete payment, unless agreed otherwise in writing.

For GPL plugins:

  • Rights are governed by the GNU General Public License.

  • We do not claim authorship of third party products.

7. Confidentiality

We maintain confidentiality of client data and project information.

We reserve the right to showcase completed work in our portfolio unless the client explicitly prohibits this in writing.

8. Limitation of Liability

Ganga Softech is not liable for:

  • Indirect or consequential losses

  • Business interruption

  • Data loss

  • Compatibility issues caused by third party updates

We do not guarantee specific SEO rankings, traffic growth, ad performance, or revenue results, as outcomes depend on external variables.

9. Termination

Either party may terminate services with prior notice if terms are violated or expectations are not met.

Work completed up to termination will be billed accordingly.

Access to digital products may be revoked in cases of misuse, chargeback disputes, or policy violations.

10. Updates to Terms

We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Continued use of our services implies acceptance of the updated terms.

11. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of India.

Any disputes shall fall under the jurisdiction of Haryana courts.
